The sculpture has the form of a Greek amphora: a type of vase with two handles, which was used in ancient times as a sort of burial monument, among other things. A mist of water is sprayed out of the vase, onto the little girl who is shielding herself with an umbrella. The sculpture bids visitors to the city welcome, and inspires fantastic tales, limited only by the imagination.
