Laurentii Taarer".

The triangular well is built where the cemetery for the poor people of the city used to be, along with the adjoining small Catholic church. The church was dedicated to the patron saint of the poor, St. Lawrence. An inscription on the well explains that "Sct. Laurentii Taarer" (the tears of St. Lawrence) flow from it.
